Lunch:  2 besan dosas filled with baked bean curry along with a baby spinach, rocket and watercress salad with balsamic reduction


Snack:  Baby Rosa tomatoes, small roasted sweet potato


Post-workout:  Pea protein shake

Supper:  Indian Buffet!  Baked bean curry, toovar dal, lentil curry and green beans and potato side dish with a besan dosa
