Breakfast:  1 nectarine, 1 banana, 1 golden delicious apple, 1 naartjie

Snack:  Nasu Dengaku

Lunch:   Big bowl of leftover stirfry and rice noodles from last night

Snack:  Baby roma tomatoes and raw chocolate maca ball

Supper:  vegan chilli burger with guacamole, garlic chilli sauce, sweet chilli sauce, tomato and gherkin with fries


Snack:  Bean curry filled besan dosa and 1 ring of nasu dengaku (I was nibbly:)

Dessert:  Peanut butter gelato from Health Nation (tooooo good for words!)
