Breakfast:  Apple, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and banana smoothie with chia seeds


Snack:  Dried fruit with sunflower butter


Lunch:  Vegan lentil and chickpea chilli


Snack:  Pea Protein Shake

Supper:  7 Layered Mexican Pie with guacamole, vegan sour cream and salsa.  A baby spinach salad with strawberries, peppadews, israeli cucumber, roma tomatoes, pineapple and mixed seeds (flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds) with a balsamic reduction. Corn on the cob.
