Post workout: pea protein shake

Breakfast Choco maca smoothie


Lunch:  Asian baby leaf and baby spinach salad with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, chopped apple, gherkin, roma tomatoes and peppadews with a balsamic reduction


Snack:  Toasted sunflower butter and banana sandwich on gluten free seed loaf


Raw Brownie

Supper:  Oktoberfest beer festival….Therefore a beer shandy and 2 bowls of chips with  3 falafel balls



Late night snack:  Peanut butter on half a gluten free roll…followed by the other half later on:)
