Post-morning workout pea protein shake
Breakfast: Banana, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and apple smoothie
Snack: Roasted Chickpeas (couple of handsfull)
Lunch: Forgot to take a photo, but I had lentil stew on brown rice with green bean and potato side dish
Snack: Mini Roma Tomatoes and Sweet potato chocolate milk
Supper: Sweet potato falafel burger with lettuce, tomato,gherkin, avocado, sweet chilli sauce, humus and salad
Dessert: raw banoffee pie with strawberry rooibos tea with almond milk
