There are many reasons why I promote a vegan lifestyle. These are some of them:
1) Research is showing more and more the superiority of a vegan diet over a meat-eating and even a vegetarian diet in terms of health

3) It is better for the environment.
I personally became vegan for the animals. When I discovered the cruelty that animals are subjected to before they become meat for human consumption, I became vegetarian. After learning the facts of what really happens on dairy farms and to the chickens that lay our eggs – I decided to become vegan. I was petrified initially! I could not imagine life without eggs and dairy – what about desserts?! I soon discovered though, that there are wonderful ways to get around preparing delicious meals without any animal products and have never looked back since. Although I initially only made this change for the sake of the animals, the health benefits have been an incredible bonus.
