I will try with greater effort to improve my diet, though, I love my cheese and will battle to be vegan. I tried a soup last night, by chance. Spicey butternut you may like to consider: half a butter nut chopped or medium size 2 large carrots half an onion one clove of garlie about the same amount of ginger grated seasoning, my own mix that includes herbs, dried chilli and aromat. I also added half a packet of white onion soup. You can substitute of course. Sear then simmer with a dash of olive oil. After about 20 minutes add a litre or so of water, depending on the texture you like. I blended and it was really great. Salt to taste too. Let me know what you think.
