This is a recipe I came up with as a replacement for my anti-stretchmark oil. It can be modified to incorporate any oils you like – this was my first batch and I love it:)
- 3 tablespoons sweet almond oil
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon jojoba oil
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 Evening Primrose oil capsules (or Vit E capsules)
Instructions
Add into a shaker, shake to mix and pour into a little glass jar. Massage twice or thrice daily into the area you are concerned about.
