Lunch: Baby spinach and asian baby leaf salad with pineapple, strawberries, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and gherkin
Snack: Sweet potato chocolate milk with peanut butter pie and chocolate sauce
Supper: Post-workout pea protein shake with summer salad and carrot/pineapple salad
Later: Cashew pasta
Later: Sweet potato oat muffin and a slice of Rencia’s oat bread
