Breakfast:  Choconut Baked Oats with fudgy icing

Lunch:  Besan dosa with guacamole, sweet chilli sauce and meditteranean roast vegetables

Snack:  Sweet potato brownie (forgot to take a photo)

Supper:  Nasu Dengaku (asian baked brinjal with miso sauce) with vegetable stirfry and rice noodles
