Post-workout Pea Protein Shake

Breakfast:   Sneaky apple pie smoothie

Snack:  Finished off smoothie – it was HUGE

Lunch:  Asian baby leaf salad leaves, baby spinach leaves, mini roma tomatoes, pineapple, gherkins, dried cranberries, strawberries with a balsamic reduction

Snack:  Sweet potato bread with homemade sunflower butter and honey

Homemade cranberry, apple and cinnamon iced tea

Supper:  Lentil cottage pie with brown rice and green bean/potato side dish
